FLOURISH is a mentoring journey that combines being rooted in the Word of God and learning from a woman in a different stage of her walk with Jesus. Throughout your FLOURISH journey, you will…

In a world that’s always changing, God’s Word remains our steady anchor. As women made new in Christ, we are not just meant to survive—we are created to Flourish. True flourishing comes not from striving for a better life, but from embracing the life we’ve been given in Him. FLOURISH is a Scripture-rooted mentoring journey that gently guides women into deeper, intentional living. Through life-giving connection with mentors and God’s truth, women are equipped to grow, thrive, and glorify God in every season. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  

  • A good mentor for Flourish is a woman with a deep, growing relationship with Jesus and a love for God’s Word, who is committed to seeing women grow in their faith walk.
  • She models godly behavior as described in Titus 2:3-5, actively helps connect Scripture to all areas of a woman’s life, and balances offering guidance with allowing mentees to discover biblical truths for themselves, all while remaining humble and open to mutual growth.

  • Mentors will be expected to meet with their mentees once a month in-person, as well as a weekly touchpoint for a year (September - August).
  • Mentors are expected to display Christlikeness, a growing relationship with Jesus, care for younger women and generosity with their time and wisdom.

  • We encourage women to build daily devotional time into their lives, spending time in the Word for 15 minutes five days a week. Everything you need for the journey is provided in the FLOURISH curriculum, including your daily devotionals!
  • We ask that you meet with your mentor/mentee once a month for about an hour. This can be a coffee date or even a walk in the park. We understand sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur, but we consider these in-person meetings a priority and ask you try to reschedule if there is a need to cancel. 
  • Two to three times a year, we will host Flourish Collectives where we will all gather together as a group for a time of fellowship and celebration.

Flourish is a year–long Bible–based study with a mentor or mentee that has been chosen just for you. 

  • If you’re seeking deeper discipleship, accountability, and wisdom in your walk with Jesus, mentoring through Flourish might be right for you.
  • You don’t need to be a “super Christian”—all that’s required is a willingness to commit to the journey and a desire to grow in your faith.
  • Flourish is designed for younger women (18-30) to learn from older women, to help you deepen your relationship with Jesus, regardless of your current spiritual maturity.
  • Your mentor will walk alongside you, exploring Scripture and helping you apply God’s Word to all areas of your life.
  • If you’re ready to invest in your spiritual growth and see what God has in store for you, now might be the perfect time for a mentor.

SEE EXAMPLE

  • Have focused time with Jesus 5 days a week
  • Complete assignments for each session throughout the year provided by Flourish
  • Commit to pre-determined meeting dates throughout the year and make them a priority
  • Be punctual for meetings and respectful of mentor’s time
  • Be real and intentional in each meeting, making the most of the opportunity
  • Be accountable for assigned work and in areas where it’s been agreed that growth is needed


Yes! You certainly do both however we do recommend thinking through your schedule and capacity to make the best decision for you.  

  • Mentees and Mentors will be matched by the The Bridge Women’s leadership team.
  • We consider many factors to provide each mentee with the best mentor possible given her stage and season of life, including passions and geographic location.



We have found that a lack of instant chemistry doesn’t always mean a lack of spiritual connection. We ask for your trust and your prayers as we match mentors and mentees in the program. We strongly believe that if the Lord has brought you to a place of wanting a mentor/mentee that He has something for you during your time together. Maybe it will be through the mentor relationship or maybe it’s through the study but you won’t experience the full benefit unless you willingly commit to the journey together. If you are matched through Flourish, you will be assigned a mentor/mentee and will also be a part of a coaching group where you will have access to an experienced Coach to discuss any concerns you might have.  


Mentees are asked to pay a $30 participation fee to cover the materials.

All participants join FLOURISH through an application process. We can only accept the number of new mentees that matches the amount of mentors we have for the year.  

Mentees fill out an application and are reviewed and prayed for by our team. If we fill up quickly, applicants are encouraged to email susanna@bridgeclarksville.com to be placed on a waitlist to be contacted if space becomes available. 

Mentors fill out an application and are asked to complete an in-person interview with our team. Sometimes our team discerns that an applicant is not ready to mentor in a particular season or would be better suited to first go through the program as a mentee. These are all handled case-by-case with the Flourish interview team.
